Just the locations
Breakfast is horrible! Choices of food sucks and the internet is bad.... Staff is absolutely rude & rot to the worse manner ever! I won't recommend anyone to stay at all.
Excellent location in the historic center, friendly staff. The rooms are rather small and crowded like all hotels situated in the historic part of any city. It's perfect if you just want to have a place to sleep and take a shower.
The staff was very kind and personal, they were always available and helpful. The location was great! In the center of Florence, really close to everything, and especially to the train! The room wasn't huge and the hotel itself isn't modern, but it felt homy, cosy and always clean!
The breakfast is pretty minimal, it doesn't include eggs and vegetables. It includes some cereals, buns, cheeses, deli'S... Also, the room window was right above a bar that was opened till late. It didn't bother us because the noise wasn't that bad, and it actually made us feel better that we are in the middle of the city.
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. You can not beat this location for the price. It is perfectly located for easy access to all the historic sites and museums. Did you want to shop? This is the place. I was traveling by myself and felt the staff went out of their way to see to my comfort. As a solo traveler, I would definitely stay here again. My room was clean, there were fresh towels each day and I returned each evening to a fresh made bed & a tidy room. The Wi-Fi is a bit difficult to log on and the hotel sitting area is the only place it will work. If you are having problems with the wi-fi, stroll down the street to the 2 or 3 internet cafes. Otherwise, just connect with the city and enjoy.
Because this hotel is in the city, the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. The Dublin Bar is directly across from the hotel and is a fun place, but not if you are trying to sleep. I spent my first night in the front and the last 10 in a room to the rear of the hotel. It was perfect for the price.
Very pleasent stay and very good service. Super, super.
value for money, smoky room that was supposed to be smoke free,
the staff were helpful and welcoming
room sound transferrance.
Great location. Helpful staff
Small showers without shower cabinet. Uncomfort beds.
near by train station
Fantastic location, lovely quaint rooms and friendly service. I would definitely stay there again.
Good location, helpful staff, free Wi-Fi.We didn't like the double room and they give us triple room for the same price.
It's clean and provides basic facilities for a short city break; main thing is its convenient location
Being close to the station and city center.
The bathroom was so small and it smelled like draining.
fairly good location: in the downtown, close both to the railway station and to museums and other sites to visit. They offer free wi-fi Internet, though only at the lobby
rooms decoration is a depressing nightmare. Also the first one room they gave me had window right on the backyard of a fish restaurant, was very noisy and smelled. When I refused, they gave a better room, but as I said.. decoration was very old-fashioned and depressing. Dark green walls with pictures of fish
The hotel facilities are quite poor. It is an old building which needs refurnishments. Toilets are extremely old. The shower and the WC are put together in several rooms, which provides unpleasant feelings from a hygienic point of view. Howeer, it is not a rare layout according to the hotel staff. We were a large group of friends and none of us will ever repeat the experience.
